Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at the start of any billing cycle. We'll adjust your visit schedule immediately.

Do I need a renovation to subscribe?

No. Our maintenance subscriptions are available to any homeowner or landlord in the Russellville & Atkins, AR area, regardless of whether we did your renovation.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Russellville, Atkins, and the surrounding River Valley area. For properties outside the River Valley region, please contact us for custom pricing.

How does the $75 free repair coverage work?

Complete plan subscribers get $75 in repair coverage every month. When something breaks — a leaky faucet, a running toilet, a stuck garbage disposal — we fix it at no extra charge up to $75 in parts and labor. Anything beyond that gets quoted at a discounted rate. Unused coverage doesn't roll over.

What's the contract length?

Month-to-month. No long-term contracts. We earn your business every month. Cancel anytime.

Can I manage multiple properties?
